If databases need to be displayed or reordered in a custom order, this can be done within the database side panel.
Reordering folders is available to:
- Main Admins
- Database Admins
Important: In order to re-order databases in a custom way, Custom Order must be selected in the Default Databases Order setting (located in the Admin>Settings area of the platform).
How to Update the Database Order
| 1Navigate to Databases | Naivgate to the Databases area of the platform and open the Database side panel by clicking on three horizontal line icon in the top left of the screen.

| 2Select the Re-order button | The side panel will open on the left. Select the Re-order button at the bottom.

| 3Click on the re-order icons | Click on the re-order icons that display to the left of the database names. Drag and drop the databases to reorder.

| 4Click the Back button | Once you're done reordering the databases, click the Back button on the top left of the side panel. Your page will refresh to show the updated database order.

Please note that the 'Database' and 'Records' terminology referenced above may appear differently in your platform as these are customisable terms.
