Adobe InDesign, Photoshop or Illustrator Creative Cloud integrates your assets directly into your IntelligenceBank platform.

Key Features:

Access:

• Single Sign on
• User permissions are mirrored between platforms

Navigation:

• Configurable to centralise all of your related IntelligenceBank images within Adobe, or, save to a specific location (custom folder-settings area)
• Any asset or document opened via the connector remains related to the original IntelligenceBank entry - enabling easy replacement or new asset versions
• Open a supported file from IntelligenceBank as a new Adobe CC document
• Embed images into your document, or, retain separately
• Auto updates on placed assets within documents
• InDesign - document share with automatic asset download when other connector users login
• InDesign and Illustrator - Low Res preview enables expedited collaboration 
• Photoshop or Illustrator assets for editing using the “Edit with” action in InDesign will automatically update post changes

Key Points:

• Delete icon appears if an asset has been deleted, or, the IntelligenceBank user permissions restrict access
• Preview images are stored by default - /Users/<your user name>/Library/Application Support/LocalStore/IntelligenceBankImages/
• Prepackaged (Original or High Res) images are stored in an “IntelligenceBank Images” folder within the same location as the related document
