Update and deactivating Custom Public Share Links

After you have generated and shared a public display link providing access to content to non-registered users, you may want to make changes to the sharing options (e.g. change the expiry date), or simply deactivate it. This is now possible with the release of the Manage Share Links feature.

The Manage Share Links option is available for public display share links generated for any of the following shared content:

• A single Resource
• A selection of Resources, including from search results
• A Folder
• A Collection

Manage Share Links allows users to:

- View all the share links they have generated.

- Update a share link's Share options.

- Email the share link to new recipients.

- Delete the share link.

Misc Items

- Usability enhancements to the Image Download cropping feature.

- Comments added offline in Adobe Pro can display in Markup Comments.

- Workflows: when Requester's Choice is selected as the Reviewer(s) type with specific users selected as Reviewer options, you can choose for these options to pre-populate by default or not on the submission form.

- Graph API /folder (POST, PUT): when creating or updating Folders, you can now set custom permissions.

- Graph API /workflowrequests (GET): you can now request a list of Workflow Requests.

- Beta public launch of our Zapier IntelligenceBank app.
