Drag & Drop Pages allows users to create groups of Pages that have their own navigation built in, all of which can be managed from within the Page Builder. Through the Navigation panel, you can add Pages, Sub-Pages and Categories - allowing you to Group pages together. Pages can be re-ordered, grouped, copied and deleted from the Navigation panel. Page Navigation Panel
The Page Navigation Panel is accessible via the Page Builder (As highlighted below) and can also be viewed by Users viewing the published pages. The actions below can only be completed from within the Page Builder - ensuring management of the pages remains limited.
All Pages are subject to permissions as set in Admin > Groups and the Pages you can see here are dependant on this.
Within the Panel, the All Pages dropdown (highlighted below) allows you to switch between multiple Page lists: All Pages and any Categories which have been added.
Re-ordering
Each Page List (including All Pages and Categories) has its own Custom Order. The All Pages list order therefore may be different to what is available within an individual category list. This is to allow users the flexibility to create their own navigation for different Category's, potentially different Brands or Products that need a custom navigation.
You can re-order any page by using Drag and Drop to update it's location. You can also drag a Sub-Page out of the Page structure to switch it to a Page and make a Page a Sub-Page.
When re-ordering, take note of the line and circle that indicates where you're dragging the item to.
Delete Page
To Delete a page, you can do so from the Custom Page List, or in the Navigation Pagel.
Note that if you're deleting a Page that has sub-pages, these will also be removed. You will be given a warning before completing this action.
Copy Page
If you have created a Page you wish to use again you can easily create a duplicate Page or Sub-Page by the Copy action. Copied pages will still need to be saved before they can be viewed by other users.
Viewing Pages as an End User
Once your Pages have been completed and the correct permissions assigned so your end users can view them, the Page Navigation Panel will appear on the left side of the Page.
If multiple categories exist or some Pages are not in Categories, the All Pages switch option will also appear so users can view the entire list as well as switch to other categories.
Note that all Pages are subject to permissions as set in Admin > Groups.
