Getting Started with Audio Video Risk Review

Step 1- Enabling Audio/Video Risk Review

To enable Audio/Video Risk Review, you must first have Marketing Compliance Risk Review package configured in your site Please contact your IntelligenceBank support to enable this on your platform.

Step 2 - Configuring Your Database for Video Reviews

Step 3 - Uploading Videos for Risk Review 

Navigate to the database record where you've enabled risk reviews. Upload your video file through the multi-upload field.

The system will automatically transcribe the audio and run compliance checks. Processing typically takes 2-10 minutes depending on video length and the number of users uploading videos for risk review in the same day.

Step 4 - Reviewing Risk Review Result

Open the processed video file. You'll see three panels:

• Video Player - Play and navigate through your video. Click any timestamped risk comment to jump directly to that moment in the video.

• Transcript Panel - View the auto-generated transcript with timestamps. Sections related to risks are highlighted. Click any line to navigate the video to that timestamp.

• General Markup Comment Panel - Shows compliance issues with timestamps, transcript excerpts, and recommended actions. You can comment on risks, dismiss false positives, or take action to address violations. You can also make a comment and tag the users inside the panel.

Important Notes

• Videos must contain spoken English dialogue to be analyzed. 

• The system analyzes spoken words only. Silent videos or videos without spoken words will produce errors.

• Background noise or poor audio quality might impact the transcribed words

• All compliance rules that work on documents will also apply to transcribed speech.
