Why is there no transcription after completing a risk review?

Your audio/video file may not feature spoken words in English. Please ensure the audio or video file you're uploading for risk review contains spoken words in English for the transcription to generate.


Why do I get a risk review error when the transcription is available?

Please contact IntelligenceBank Support to resolve this issue.


How do I select a different risk word highlight colour for the transcription?

Please see this article for how Main Admins can customise the risk work highlight colour.


Audio Video Risk Review Limit FAQs


Why does the risk review fail after a successful audio file upload?

Your account may have reached its processing limit. Main Admins will be able to view their platform's audio/video risk review minute usage and contracted limit in the Admin>Configuration>Global Settings area of the platform. If you need to purchase additional mintues, please reach out to your dedicated Customer Success Manager.


Why can't I upload my video or audio file?

Check the format, length, and size of your file. Audio and Video files are supported with a maximum length of 60 minutes and size of 2GB.


The below video and audio formats are currently supported:

  • Video: MP4, MOV, WEBM, MKV, 3GPP, 3GP, MPEG, MPG, MPE, OGV, FLV, ASF, WMV, AVI, M4V, MXF

  • Audio: MP3, WAV, MIDI, MP2, MPGA, MPEGA, OGG, OGA, OPUS, SPX, RA, WEBA, M4A, AAC, AC3, FLAC, WMA, AMB


General Markup Comment & Revision FAQs


Why can't I add revisions?

You may not have revisions enabled on General Markup Comments at part of your form's settings. Please contact intelligencebank support if you encounter this problem.


Is the revision comparison feature available for audio/video risk review?

No, this function is not available for audio/video risk review.

Can I use my existing file risk review rules and setup for audio/video risk review?

Yes, once you upload a video or audio file, the risk review process will automatically begin.


Why are there no risk comments shown?

Your video or audio file may not have any detected risks. Risks will only be flagged if the risk review feature identifies risks in the audio/video transcription. How these risks are detected depends on how your compliance rules are configured.


What should I do if my video is taking too long to process?

Processing time varies depending on video length and system load. If your video is still processing after 1 hour, please contact IntelligenceBank Support.
