Viewing Marketing Compliance Rules

Marketing Compliance Rules gives your team clear, real-time visibility into the automated rules that govern your content reviews - so compliance is never a black box.

Key capabilities

• A unified view of all your rules: All compliance rules configured for your platform are displayed in a single, searchable table - giving you a complete picture of your compliance rule set at a glance.
• Search and filter: Quickly find the rules you need by searching by keyword across rule names and descriptions, or use filters to narrow results by Risk Type or any of your Risk Categories.
• Rule details on demand: Click any rule to open a detailed view that includes the terms that trigger it, exception and proximity logic, required disclaimers, the feedback shown to reviewers when it fires.
• Self-service change requests: Submit rule change requests directly from the dashboard. The form auto-populates with the rule's ID, name, description, and risk type, and routes your request directly to the rules team, no support ticket required.
• General change requests: Use the "Request general changes" button for bulk updates or requests that span multiple rules, such as adding a new rule or making a broader configuration change.

Who can use this feature

• Marketing compliance rules is available to Admin users only. 
• It appears under Admin > Risk Rules in your main navigation.

This feature requires an existing Content Risk Review product to be enabled. If you don't see Risk Rules in your admin area, please contact your Admin or support@intelligencebank.com.
