File Size Limits

The table below lists the maximum file size that can be supported for various capabilities within the DAM / Resource Library.

Video Conversion on Upload (for Streaming)

Up to 10GB

Larger Files can still be played directly (i.e. without streaming support) in the browser if the format is supported.

Bulk Download

Up to 10GB

This limit is separate from the combined size limit of the Bulk Download selection of 50GB.

Custom Public Share Links have a maximum Bulk Download size of 5GB.

(Public) Presets Transformations Share/Embed

Up to 50MB

Can be increased to up to 1GB

Contact your Customer Success Manager to discuss options for increasing the default file size limit.

Video Transformations on Download

Up to 500Mb

Can be increased to up to 1GB

Contact your Customer Success Manager to discuss options for increasing the default file size limit.

Single Download Transformations (Images, Documents)

Up to 500MB

Can be increased to up to 1GB

Contact your Customer Success Manager to discuss options for increasing the default file size limit.

Thumbnail & Preview Generation on Upload

Up to 10GB

 

File Metadata Mapping (Extraction + Embedding)

Up to 10GB

 

File Upload

Up to 10GB

Can be increased to up to 100GB*

Contact your Customer Success Manager to discuss options for increasing the default file size limit.

Larger files can be uploaded on your behalf in the back end via an ingestion process. Maximum supported size is 5TB.

Anti-Virus File Scanning on Upload

Up to 10GB

*This limit cannot be increased even if the file size upload limit is increased.
