Asset Layout Options

IntelligenceBank offers three layout options for viewing assets within the Asset Library:

Card: Displays assets in a card or box view, with some metadata (such as keywords) shown against each asset. Action icons are also more visible in this layout.
Mosaic: Displays assets with larger preview images. Action icons only appear when you hover over an asset.
List: Displays assets in a list view with a smaller preview icon. This option keeps action icons (such as download or preview) more prominent alongside each asset.

Setting the Asset Layout Order

By default, the asset layout across all folders is set by Main Admins in the Admin > Settings area of the platform. For more information about how to do this, click here.

Admins can also adjust the asset layout on a folder by folder basis, if they want assets in particular folders to display in a different layout than the platform default.

Individual users can also choose to view assets in a different layout within folders or off a search by following the below steps:

1Open the folder	Navigate to and click into the folder you'd like to view assets in.
2Select the View icon	In the upper left-hand side of the page, select the View icon to reveal the three layout options.
3Choose a layout	Select Card, Mosaic, or List to view the assets in that layout.

Note: Individual users cannot set their own default asset layout within folders. Switching the view this way only applies to the session you're currently in .
