IntelligenceBank offers two layout options for viewing folders within the Asset Library:
- Card: Displays folders in a card or box view with a larger folder icon.
- List: Displays folders in a list view in two columns with a smaller preview icon.
Setting the Folder Layout
By default, the folder layout across all folders is set by Main Admins in the Admin > Settings area of the platform. For more information about how to do this, click here.
Note: Any changes made to the default folder layout will retroactively change the layout of all folders in the platform. There is also not currently a way to set default layouts on a folder by folder basis- whichever layout is selected will apply across all folders/folder structures.
Individual users can choose to view folders in a different layout by following the below steps:
| 1Navigate to the Asset Library | Go to your Asset Library where you can view a folder/subfolder. |
| 2Locate the Layout icons |
In the upper right-hand side of the page, locate either of the two icons- List or Card

| 3Choose a layout |
Select either the Card or List icon to view the folders in that layout.

Note: Individual users cannot set their own default folder layout. Switching the view this way only applies to the session you're currently in.
