Why can't I edit a single (non staged) brief?

There are several reasons why you may not be able to edit a single brief/form. Below are the common reasons why you may be unable to edit.

1. You don't have permission to edit the brief
2. The brief/form is pending approval and you are not the approval requestor, reviewer, or Main Admin
